How I Made $400,000 Investing with my CPF (Part 4)

I wrote Part 1 back on 11 Sep 2012 and showed how I used my hidden assets (CPF/EPF/pension) to achieve financial freedom.

In that post, I shared how my CPF investments paid (and continues to pay) for my HDB flat and the mortgage payments with pure passive dividend income. In other words, I got my HDB flat for FREE. As of Aug 2012, my CPF capital return is 125% over three years (excluding dividends) compared to the 2.5%-4.0% most Singaporeans are getting annually. In three years, I invested $39,000 and made close to $89,000.

In Part 2 on 20 Oct 2012, I wrote and showed how my CPF investments grew from $88,000 to $93,000 in ONE month, increasing my return from 125% to 139%. But someone commented it was a fluke!

In Part 3 on 14 Jan 2013, I presented to you the latest December 2012 CPF statement showing my investments jumping from $93,000 to $99,000, increasing my return from 139% to 154%.

Thus now I will present to you my latest March 2013 CPF statement showing my investments jumping from $99,000 to $104,000, breaking the six-figure mark, increasing my return from 154% to 166%! Again! And I have not even included the $20,520 in dividends  I collected from my CPF investments so far. If I do, my return will increase to 218%!

In absolute dollar terms, this is an extra $85,000 in the last five years into my retirement account without me doing anything at all! Think about it… How long must you work in order for you to earn/save $85,000? I did it without lifting a single finger.

This is one of the secrets why the rich get richer – right investing knowledge.

I need to stress again that there is NO trading, NO reading of any macroeconomics news, NO reading of charts, NO use of options. I do not use even 1 minute per day/per week/per month to trade! I just let my golden geese (great listed companies) continue to grow (business value) and lay more golden eggs for me (dividends) while I sleep. Value investing rocks! 🙂

In fact, I have proven to you FOUR times that this is sustainable and gives you PURE PASSIVE INCOME. Lastly, I want encourage you to take massive action in learning how to invest properly.
